Developed and taught by Dr. Shefali, this approach recognizes that children are not possessions to shape, but unique individuals who come through us to express their own potential.

At its heart, Conscious Parenting begins with the parent. Rather than focusing only on changing a child’s behavior, this approach helps parents understand their own emotional patterns, triggers, and expectations. By becoming more aware of ourselves, we naturally create a calmer, more supportive environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
