About Me

I have always been deeply curious about how the brain works – why we do what we do, how personality develops, and how our beliefs quietly shape our behaviour, choices, and lives. That curiosity grew into a lasting passion for psychology, neuroscience, brain health, and self-awareness.

Over the years, it became clear to me that many of the challenges people experience – stress, burnout, anxiety, chronic overwhelm – are not signs of personal failure. They are often signals of a mismatch between how our brain actually functions and how we are trying to live, work, or cope. Self-awareness is essential here: understanding what drives our stress responses, how our nervous system reacts, and which patterns we can realistically change allows us to work with the brain rather than against it.

My work sits at the intersection of emotional insight, belief systems, and neurobiology. I am fascinated by how early experiences, learning, and meaning-making shape our inner world – and how those internal models continue to influence us long into adulthood. At the same time, I care deeply about grounding this understanding in science, physiology, and measurable change.

A special focus of my work is supporting women who receive a late diagnosis of ADHD. Many of them arrive with years of self-doubt, overcompensation, and exhaustion. I am equally interested in psychogeriatrics and in how we can support brain health throughout the aging process, with respect, realism, and curiosity.

I have a strong affinity for technology when it serves understanding rather than replacing it. Tools such as neurofeedback and heart-rate variability (HRV) allow us to establish a clear baseline and track change over time. They make progress visible, tangible, and grounded in the nervous system – not just in intention or motivation.

What continues to inspire me most is seeing the changes people are able to make when neuroscience, psychological insight, and technology are combined thoughtfully. When emotional awareness meets belief change and brain-based training, new possibilities open – not as quick fixes, but as sustainable, embodied shifts.

My work is about clarity, responsibility, and agency. It is about understanding how we are shaped – and discovering how we can shape ourselves in return.
